As we are now coming into the winter season, could we remind you of our times for training.

We have booked indoors from 6.00pm to 7.00pm.  Please can you try and get there by 5.45pm so we can start promptly.  All athletes need to warm up indoors and some selected will go outside if the weather is suitable decided by the coaches.  They will need suitable outdoor clothing and spikes – all need a container of water.

We will be working on agility, strength and mobility for part of the session, followed by skills training on sprint starts, jumps, shot and javelin.  All top athletes do Winter training indoors and work on skills so this is appropriate for all club members.

There should be no need to cancel training unless it is unsafe in the Car Park, through ice or snow – in which case there will put a note on face book and the website.

All training sessions are in accordance with the Government guidelines. Please check web site or Facebook for any updates.  Thank you to all athletes, coaches, volunteers and parents for your help over these difficult times.  Keep safe.....and fit.
